Our Story
Founded in 2011, Reciprocus International Pte Ltd is a full-service M&A boutique, advising its clients on cross-border expansion globally. Reciprocus is headquartered in Singapore and has offices in Zurich and New York and thus is helping Western companies looking to expand in the East, and vice versa. The company is leveraging its extensive global network of experienced professionals and entrepreneurs to facilitate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by providing high-quality research, scouting and deal execution services.
Since establishment, Reciprocus has further grown its scope of business and developed expertise beyond the M&A sector, now also offering other advisory services in the financial industry. For that reason the founder decided recently to set up a second entity -Reciprocus Financial Services Pte Ltd.- a JV with a very seasoned and reputable German investor who is a pioneer in this sector.
