Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the fundraising process for portfolio companies – investor screening, build and maintain relationships, prepare transactions
- Prepare marketing documents including pitch deck and investments teaser
- Conduct market and competitor research, financial analysis and company valuation
- Work with key partners to help portfolio company’s growth
- Monitoring portfolio company’s metrics
- Assess commercial viability, strategic considerations and manage due diligence process
- Help to maintain and expand our investor database
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Affinity with early stage start-ups and appreciation of technology & venture capital
- Analytical, attentive to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player and has strong relationship management skills
- Ability to multi-task and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience in Finance or VC/early stage investment will be an added advantage
