Keeven joined Reciprocus in January 2021 to help us on selected projects as a Senior Advisor and leading subject expert at our Risk & Governance Practice.

A seasoned retail banker with 40+ years’ experience in international and regional retail banking, Keeven focused in the past 20 years on Credit Risk at DBS till his retirement in the middle of 2020. He was instrumental in upscaling the Credit Risk Management function via digitalization and analytics at key locations of matured and emerging markets across Asia, lastly as the Group Head of Retail Credit Risk.

In that role, Keeven built quality credit portfolios and drove the talent and organization transformation, deploying state-of-the-art tools and skillsets for organization effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Before his tenure at DBS, Keeven had spent a total of 23 years with Citibank in Hong Kong and Singapore across diverse functions, from assets operations to branch and systems support, cash management operations, financial controls, compliance, auditing and off-shore banking enablement before he started to move into Credit Risk Management at the regional level.

His board experiences include Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) and a Consumer Finance Business in China.
